The Moonchild Commitment
We ask for a £99 non-refundable booking fee to secure the date and time of your experience session - this fee will be deducted from your final order. If you need to rearrange your date due to your child being ill or a family emergency, we are happy to accommodate, so please let us know as soon as possible. 
Terms and conditions: The booking fee will not be refunded if a client fails to attend their experience session. The booking fee will not be refunded if a client cancels their session without prior notice and does not wish to rearrange their date. All bookings are provisional until the booking fee has been made. The booking fee should be paid within 48 hours of reserving your session date - dates cannot be guaranteed if the fee is not received within this time. Moonchild Portraits reserves the right to cancel bookings under extreme circumstances but will always give prior notice and ensure future dates are made available.
